定期券購入画面にて「保護者が購入」ボタンより、保護者の方が決済してください。
・通学定期券の継続購入時の発売方法を見直しました。
2024/4/1以降で卒業予定日の確認ができている場合は、通学証明書の確認を省略します。

Apple Pay doesn’t work, impossible to add money without cash
I didn’t understand why there were so many bad reviews for this app.
Before I came to Japan, I added money okay with my American Express after my visa failed and I didn’t think much of it.
Now my visa and Amex are failing via apple pay and I have no way to refill my card, and luckily have friends and family here that can help me. If I didn’t, I wouldn’t be unable to use the train system.
If this is fixed, I would be happy to update my review to 5 stars because pasmo is so convenient, but until then I would highly recommend not getting pasmo to anyone traveling here without a Japanese credit card.
Does what’s needed - but lacks flexibility
I wanted to write this to give advice to those trying to use it who don’t read Japanese.
I give 3 stars because it’s true, language cannot be changed, however if you set up the PASMO through “Wallet” it will do so in Wallets set language making the app functional like any other cash-card and easy to charge up and use for transit.
Worked great for me with Amex
It worked well during my stay in Tokyo. The only downside I had to use my Amex card to buy credit. It did not take my visa or master card. But this digital PASMO in my iPhone was a game changer!
